• Site field measuring and verification for as-built drawing production. Includes 360 imagery if requested.

• Architectural project management services, full service. Includes drafting, sub-consultant coordination, addressing plan check comments, etc.

What are your limitations?

• We are not licensed architects. Therefore, if project program or jurisdiction require a licensed architect to prepare and stamp/sign plans, we can recommend an architect that will work with us to meet your needs.

• In the state of Utah, we can design single family homes and remodels, duplexes, and four-plexes as well as small commercial projects up to 3,000 SF without an architectural license. In this case, clients must provide our design to a licensed structural engineer for structural design (if required by jurisdiction) and pay them separately.

• Architectural project management services are provided to licensed architects and landscape architects who will review, stamp and sign drawings that we prepare under their supervision.
